day 2

Two days down and only 40 to go!
Today I walked 40 minutes.
Breakfast - cranberry, pomegranate, blueberry, pineapple, banana, flax smoothie
Lunch - 1 cup Dr. Fuhrman's soup, grapes, 2 cups spicy vegetables and tofu, 1/2 cup brown rice
Dinner - large salad (romaine, baby lettuces, tomato, cucumber, cauliflower) 1 Tbsp ranch dressing

Was Dr. Fuhrman's soup good? I bought almost all the stuff to make it (no TVP), but haven't done it yet.

I like it, but I would probably make a half batch. I froze 1/2 of it and still had tons in the fridge. (Your dad said it was okay, but that it needed ham. Grandpa asked for it for lunch on the day after we had it for dinner. Andrew said he could taste squash in it and didn't want any part of it.) I liked it better after I had blended it the second day. I didn't like it with the split peas and mushrooms chunky. Just a matter of personal preference. I find it easier to have it smooth and put it in a mug and sip it.
