Is anyone else finding this to be harder than they thought? I thought it would be a breeze and that I would earn 5 easy points a day until the end of the year. I haven't had a perfect 5 day yet! I refuse to give up though. I want to make some healthy habits and good habits take time and effort. I do notice that I have been more aware of what I'm doing the last 2 days.

Yes! This has been harder than I thought it would be. I haven't gotten a perfect five yet either. You are right, at least it makes me more aware of what I'm doing. Yesterday I was making a cake for Andrew's and my cake decorating class and I started eating the frosting without even thinking! And to top it off I didn’t get out of work until 11 last night, so I didn’t run. But that’s why we’re doing this, right? To become healthier choice makers.
This is Aaron, but I'll speak for both Anne and I. We are finding this hard in some ways, but also easy in others. Sure we are craving sugar like nobody's business, but we already are feeling really good. We notice that we are getting tired sooner, which is probably related to all the exercising, but then that helps us get our 7-8 hours of sleeps in :) But in all, for the small number of things we've had to change in our day to day routine, the return will be huge. We're glad Sumner came up with this great idea (and for all the support from the fam). Go team!
